- Ajai Thapliyal has acted for and advised clients charged with minor traffic to major drug offences and Customs Act offences. Services are offered in the following areas:

- Migration
- Whilst we are not Migration Agents and do not offer the services of Migration Agents we do undertake Migration Legal Advice services specifically in relations to appeals to the Federal Magistrates and Federal Court seeking review of determinations of the Migration Review Tribunal. ALT has successfully represented clients in such matters, including a victory against a major Australia Law firm which had, until the case in question maintained a 100% success rate.

- ALT has acted for developers, property owners and objectors in all aspects of the Planning process across numerous projects including acting for a developer in a landmark action in which a Section 173 Agreement was declared invalid in the first successful action of its kind in the State of Victoria.

The employer initially offered a paltry settlement amount with the threat that it would vigorously fight the matter to the end if the offer was not accepted. A significant six figure settlement was obtained for the client at mediation.
